Read the CINE service terms

What your package includes
Production and preparation
Production time runs continuously from arrival at the first location until departure from the last. Setup, breaks, client or location delays, and travel between locations count toward the allowance. Multiple locations are permitted. Combined packages share the same time between photography and video. Work beyond the included production allowance requires a separate written quote and client approval before it is performed.
Levels 1 and 2 include one creative consultation of up to one hour. Level 3 includes two. Extra consultation time is $100 per hour. Consultations are separate from production time. Unused included time has no cash value.
The client supplies access, permissions, accurate claims, brand assets, prepared locations and available participants. Cleanliness, staging, wardrobe, lighting conditions and subjects selected or controlled by the client can affect quality and performance. These preparation decisions are the client’s responsibility. Sunlux will advise where practical; changes or reshoots caused by an altered brief or unprepared setting require a new approved quote. No views, leads, sales or other marketing result is guaranteed.
Optional add-ons
5 Aerial Photos: $100, available with Levels 1–2 only, subject to safe flight conditions and permissions. Matterport 3D Virtual Tour: $350, available with all levels, for one tour of one property; access, scan area and hosting details are confirmed during planning. 10 Photo Edits: $100 per set, available with all levels, for ten additional edited final images from available photos. These add-ons do not automatically extend the included production session. Any required extra production is separately quoted for approval.
Finished content and revisions
Photos are edited JPEG finals. Normal color correction and grading are included. One touch-up allowance covers one consolidated request on one photo; there is one allowance per complete group of ten delivered photos (three for 30; five for 50 or 55). The “10 Photo Edits” add-on is $100 for ten additional edited final images from available photos; it does not add production time. Extensive compositing, object removal or reconstruction is quoted separately.
Video is delivered as MP4 in the confirmed primary format; vertical 1080 × 1920 is the default to confirm. Audio capture/editing, captions for spoken content, suitable licensed music and available drone footage are included. Each reel includes one consolidated revision. Further revisions are $50 per affected reel. Feedback is due within seven calendar days of the review link. Sunlux corrections for errors against the approved brief do not use your revision allowance. A new concept, script, reshoot or major restructuring is a scope change.
Standard first delivery is targeted within 14 calendar days after production and receipt of required assets, per video and for the photo set; this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Multiple videos are scheduled in parallel where practical. Client delays pause the delivery clock. Sunlux confirms any rush deadline in writing before charging.
Packages exclude posting, ad spend/management, performers, styling, hired venues, specialty rentals, extensive animation and source/project files unless the confirmed order includes them.
Extras, travel and scheduling
Optional services
Extra edited runtime: $75 per added 15 seconds, per video; no added capture time.
RAW photo: $5 each. Original unedited camera video clip: $10 each; recording format depends on the camera.
Color-graded video clip: $20 each as an alternative to the $10 original; no double charge for that clip. Grading of finished package reels is already included.
Cover/thumbnail design: $25 each; revisions $15 each.
One additional aspect ratio requested before production adds 50% of the affected package and production/editing subtotal; requested after production adds 100%. The confirmed order identifies the subtotal and outputs covered. Travel, taxes and standalone consultations/planning are excluded from this fee basis. Additional formats cannot recover subjects cropped out of the original capture; a reshoot is separately quoted.
Accepted rush work adds 50% for 7 to fewer than 14 days, 100% for 48 hours to fewer than 7 days, or 300% for fewer than 48 hours. Only the highest applicable tier applies. Rush is calculated on the production/editing subtotal being expedited, including extra runtime and formats, before travel, standalone planning and tax. The clock starts after production and receipt of required assets. If Sunlux misses an accepted rush deadline for reasons within its control, the correction and refund provisions below apply.
Optional written creative planning: Basic $250 (one concept, messaging outline, shot list and location brief); Advanced $500 (up to three related reel concepts, scripts/interview prompts, detailed shot list and schedule); Cinematic quoted up to $1,000 (one concept, script, storyboard/scene plan, lighting/sound treatment and talent/location requirements). Each includes one consolidated planning revision; outside production costs remain separate.
Travel and drone coverage
The first 50 one-way road miles from Miromar Outlets are included. Travel is $1 for each mile beyond 50, based on the confirmed route to the first production location; a 72-mile trip adds $22. Inter-location travel counts toward production time. Any additional out-of-area routing charge must be quoted and approved in advance.
Drone capture depends on weather, airspace, permissions and the pilot’s safety judgment. If promised aerial coverage cannot be supplied, Sunlux and the client will agree on a reschedule or suitable substitute content. Any monetary remedy is handled under the refund provisions below. Any return-trip costs require advance agreement. No cancellation charge applies to a Sunlux safety/weather postponement.
Availability is first come, first served. A request or completed brief does not reserve a production date. Consultations require at least two calendar days (48 hours) of notice; the production date is confirmed separately.
Changes, cancellation and usage
Cancellation and rescheduling
Notify anthony@sunluxmedia.com or 734-812-1973. Notice is measured from receipt in America/New_York time to the confirmed production start. Cancellations or client rescheduling requests with at least 24 hours’ notice have no cancellation fee; fewer than 24 hours incur $100 per affected session. A Friday 9 a.m. session cancelled Thursday at noon is inside that window.
Payments, including the 50% reservation payment, are nonrefundable for client cancellation, a change of mind, client-caused delays, or dissatisfaction with work that meets the agreed scope. After the project is paid in full, a refund may be provided only for a clear, documented material failure by Sunlux to meet the agreement that remains unresolved after a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Any refund under this contractual policy is limited to 25% of the total agreed project cost and cannot exceed the amount paid. This policy does not limit refunds, damages, or other remedies required by applicable law, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any approved refund is initiated within ten business days; bank posting times vary.
For a reschedule, the reservation payment transfers to a mutually available date. Contact Sunlux within 60 days to arrange the replacement session. Rescheduling does not create a right to a cash refund. If Sunlux cannot perform, we will discuss correction, a replacement date or another agreed solution; the refund policy and any mandatory legal rights apply. No cancellation fee applies to a Sunlux-initiated cancellation or safety/weather postponement.
Usage, delivery and records
After full payment, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish and adapt Sunlux-created final deliverables and separately purchased source files for the client’s business, including paid advertising and use by its service providers. Copyright, production methods, templates and working project files remain with Sunlux or their respective owners. Standalone resale, stock licensing or transfer for another business requires separate permission. Third-party music, stock and other licensed elements remain subject to their license terms; Sunlux selects assets suitable for the uses disclosed in the brief.
The client warrants permission to use supplied assets and to film participating people and locations, and confirms authority to approve the project for the named client. Sunlux portfolio or promotional use requires separate client permission. Delivery links remain available for at least 90 days; the client should download and back up files. Long-term archive recovery is not guaranteed.
Both parties will promptly discuss any concern and give the other a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Florida law governs this agreement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. No automatic recurring charges or blanket authorization to charge a saved card is granted by this agreement.
